C-T Creations products featured on the website lists products that we currently have in stock. Products that are not in stock are available for special order and we ask for 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. In the unlikely event that we have run out of a certain product, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent replacement which you will be notified.
Copyright
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our products and in the images, text and design of our website and marketing material are and will remain the property of C-T Creations. Any infringement of these rights will be taken seriously. Action will be taken against any individuals or businesses that are found copy our concepts, ideas or taking website text or content and passing it off as their own work. Prior written permission must be obtained from C-T Creations for the use of any images, designs, or content.
Ordering/Payment Terms
All website plush skin orders come with fluff unless otherwise specified at checkout. Each online plush skin order will receive a complimentary birth certificate and a fabric heart insert. All orders are made to order and unless special arrangement were made during checkout. Please allow 1-2 working days upon receipt of cleared payment.
For Party Packages each client is sent a workshop agreement that outlines all party details and payment options. Clients need to return a signed copy along with their deposit to reserve their party date and time and clients are encouraged to use our online invitations. Payment can be made by cash, checks (only for businesses) Square credit card processing for all credit and debit cards or Interac. Once your reservation is complete any cancellations made prior to 30 days of the scheduled event are eligible for a 100% deposit refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event are eligible for 50% refund of the total deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Once a deposit is received the client has a choice; choose to have an assortment of products brought to the party and children will choose on the spot or give a choice of 3 plushes to each person attending and have them choose their plush before the party then you will receive, via e-mail, two printable coupons for each party guest. The first coupon will allow them to purchase the plush skin of their child’s choosing and any other inclusions for the booked party package. The second coupon will allow them to purchase further items off the C-T Creations website with a 20% discount for a limited time.
Delivery Information
All online orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition in which they were sent. Orders received before 10:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday will be sent within 1-2 workings days unless otherwise stated. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday unless otherwise stated.
Safety Standards
All plush products and their accessories meet and exceed industry safety standards and our supplier test all products for (HPA) toy safety standards, including ASTM-F963-07 and EN-71, both required for import into their North American and European Distribution Centers.
